What I am making for my challenges....

So since I have been crafting a lot this past year I thought it would be fun to make a book of sorts, to keep track of the books that I am reading for the challenges that I joined for 2012.

I am making one for my challenges and then I was thinking of making one for my TBR/wishlist books.

Here are some pictures of what I have done so far...

I still plan on embellishing the pages some and I am adding lined paper in between these pages to write. These are the dividers for the challenges. The ones with the months on them are for the DAC. I will add more pictures when I am done with it entirely.
